Earlier today Canolfan Iechyd Amlwch issued the following post.
“Today was a major milestone. After running Saturday clinics almost every weekend since late January, today was our last big clinic. We have vaccinated twice all those over 60 or in an at risk group under 65. That is nearly 6500 vaccinations. There are those who declined the vaccination or missed appointments who can be vaccinated in Bangor and in the coming weeks the mass centre will continue to invite the younger population. But a massive thank you to our team, the volunteers District Nurse Olwen, Beth Till and Julie Hurford who helped us, and the local cafes that fed us. It was a family affair too – thank you to Dr PritcHard’s & Dr Mansell’s sons Wiliam and Josh, Dr Griffith’s daughter Ceri, and Dr Parry’s husband Ieuan. And last but not least – thank you to our wonderful district nurses who have vaccinated our most vulnerable patients in their homes.”
